Why this exists.
Most outbound services are built to scale themselves, not protect your domain or your time. They onboard whoever pays, run a familiar-looking template, and then explain the bad numbers with a dashboard. I don't love that.
adaptioAI is deliberately narrower: MSPs, one offer, one weekly cadence, one operator. If that sounds small, good. Small is how the work stays legible.

Do you guarantee a number of leads or meetings?
No. Anyone who guarantees a lead count is either lying, guessing, or about to do something dumb to your domain. We guarantee the loop: list, send, triage, weekly report. You'll see whether it's working inside the first 30 days.
What MSPs do you work with?
Established MSPs, usually 3+ years in market, selling managed IT, helpdesk, Microsoft 365, or cybersecurity to 20–200 seat businesses. We pass on consultancies without a clear offer, MSPs who want to email everybody, and anyone trying to chase enterprise accounts with cold email. That gets messy fast.
How fast can we start?
Intake call this week → setup over the next 7–10 days → first send in week 2. We won't rush the warmup or skip approvals to hit an arbitrary "we started Monday" mark.
What do you need from us?
A 30-min intake call, a domain we can set up a separate sending inbox on (or we'll register a fresh one for you), and one decision maker on your side who can approve messaging without a committee.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date and we stop. We don't pro-rate a current month once work has started.
What about deliverability and compliance?
We send from a separate domain, warm it for 2 weeks before any real send, keep volume conservative, honor unsubscribes immediately, and stay inside CAN-SPAM / GDPR. We don't scrape protected sources and won't impersonate you.
How is this different from a list-buying service or generic SDR agency?
List vendors hand you a CSV and walk away. Generic SDR agencies sell seats and burn domains. We run one tight loop for MSPs, report honestly, and tell you to stop if it's not working — instead of expanding scope to bury it.
How is AI used?
For research and first-draft personalization. Public signals like recent hires, location, tools, or news can make an opener less generic. A human reviews every message before it sends. AI does not decide who gets emailed or what the offer is.
Why is the offer so narrow?
Because narrow offers are easier to test honestly. The moment everything is custom, nobody knows what worked. The discipline is the product, annoying as that may sound.
