AdaptioAI is a productized outbound lead-generation service. Throughout this page, "we", "us", and "our" refer to AdaptioAI. "You" refers to a prospective or current client.
Outbound outcomes depend on factors we do not control — your offer, your market, your timing, your closing motion. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, replies, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue. Any examples, case references, or numbers shown are illustrative, not promises.
Each engagement is defined in writing before work begins (the "Statement of Work"). The Statement of Work governs scope, deliverables, cadence, fees, and term. Anything outside that scope requires written agreement before we'll do it.
Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing date; we don't pro-rate or refund the current month once work for that month has started.
We send commercial email on your behalf only after you authorize the messaging, the sending domain, and the prospect criteria in writing. We honor unsubscribes promptly and follow applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (US) and, where applicable, GDPR (EEA/UK). You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made in your authorized messaging, and for any consents or notices required for contacts sourced from your own data.
To do the work, we process business contact information about prospects (typically: name, role, company, business email, public profile links) and basic engagement metadata (sends, opens, replies). We use this data only to deliver the contracted service, store it on standard cloud tools, and do not sell it. On request and on termination, we delete or return client-supplied data within a reasonable period.
Anything you share with us that isn't already public — your offer details, pricing, client lists, internal numbers — we treat as confidential and won't disclose to third parties except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
You're responsible for: (a) the accuracy of materials you provide; (b) the legality of your underlying offer; (c) responding to qualified replies in a timely way; and (d) any client-facing claims you ask us to make on your behalf. We're not a substitute for legal, tax, or compliance advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities.
We use third-party tools (email infrastructure, enrichment, CRM, scheduling, etc.) to deliver the service. Those tools have their own terms and uptime characteristics; we don't guarantee their availability.
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice. On termination, we stop sending, hand back current deliverables in their then-current state, and invoice for any work completed up to the termination date and not yet billed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdaptioAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
